Ok, the national CS were easy, we didn't have much competition, but in June we'll compete with 55 nations in Cologne at the Worldchampionships!!!!!!! Hold your thumbs for Reinhard & me, please.

What a beautiful country. Still. But a lot of farmers give up their land because they think they can earn more money in the cities. They sell their precious property for little money which is gone shortly. The land gets stubbed and huge eucalyptus forests are planted. Eucalyptus grows fast and is used for firewood. But this plant drys up the soil and replaces other plants. Animals loose their natural habitat and places to hide and live. Besides in Eucalyptus forests the risk of bushfires is much bigger due to fallen branches, the drought and the highly combustible oils. So at the end Eucalyptus forests are empty forests that can be harvested by 2-3 men. Lots of jobs are lost, too.

London 2009, James&Gwylim&me
After my Brewmaster Training I visited all the nice coffee places in London. Of course I had to visit Gwylim at his cart on the Market at Whitecross. Later we met again while I pickes James brain at his Square Mile Roaster.
